優惠券使用條款及細則
珍寵動物醫療集團優惠券使用條款及細則 （適用於珍寵動物醫療集團）：
1. 優惠券必須於有效期內使用，逾期作廢。
2. 每張優惠券僅限使用一次。
3. 必須於付款前出示並使用優惠券，逾時恕不受理。
4. 優惠券所提供之優惠或贈品，不可轉讓、轉售、兌換現金或更換其他項目，並不設退換。
5. 影印、塗改或損壞之優惠券一律無效。
6. 如產品／服務涉及預付訂金，相關訂金恕不設退款或轉讓。
7. 優惠券不可與其他優惠同時使用，亦不適用於購買減價貨品或服務。
8. 優惠券如遺失、失竊、損毀或遭濫用，珍寵動物醫療集團概不負責。
9. 珍寵動物醫療集團保留隨時更改使用條款及細則之權利，恕不另行通知。
10. 如有任何爭議，珍寵動物醫療集團保留最終決定權。

並補充以下項目：
1. 請於結算付款前輸入有效的折扣碼／優惠碼，逾時恕不受理。
2. 折扣碼／優惠碼不可與其他優惠碼同時使用。
3. 每位客戶於同一推廣活動內僅可使用一次折扣碼／優惠碼。
4. 不適用於缺貨產品。
5. 使用折扣之整張訂單不可同時累積積分。
其他條款及細則（適用於Pawsmetic Spa & Wellness）：
此條款包含上述「珍寵動物醫療集團優惠券使用條款及細則」，
並補充以下項目：
1. 請務必提前預約，並於預約時出示優惠券。
2. 預約如需更改或取消，請最少於 24 小時前通知，否則優惠券將視為已使用。
3. 優惠不可與其他推廣活動同時使用。
4. 如寵物在服務過程中因健康狀況或行為問題而無法繼續服務，本店有權中止服務，已使用的優惠不設退回或補發。
Terms and Conditions for Coupon Usage (Applicable to Peticare Medical Group):
1. Coupons must be used within the validity period; expired coupons will not be accepted.
2. Each coupon can be used only once.
3. Coupons must be presented and redeemed before payment; late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Offers or gifts provided by the coupon are non-transferable, non-resellable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other items. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
5. Photocopied, altered, or damaged coupons will be considered invalid.
6. For products/services requiring a prepaid deposit, such deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and are not applicable to discounted products or services.
8. Peticare Medical Group is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of coupons.
9. Peticare Medical Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. In case of any dispute, Peticare Medical Group reserves the right of final decision.

These terms include the above “Terms and Conditions for Coupon Usage” and are supplemented by the following:
1. Please enter a valid discount/promo code before checkout; late submissions will not be accepted.
2. Discount/promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount/promo codes.
3. Each customer may use a discount/promo code only once within the same promotional campaign.
4. Not applicable to out-of-stock products.
5. Orders placed using a discount code are not eligible to earn loyalty points.
Additional Terms and Conditions (Applicable to Pawsmetic Spa & Wellness):
These terms include the above “Peticare Medical Group Coupon Usage Terms and Conditions” and are supplemented by the following:
1. Please make an appointment in advance and present the coupon at the time of booking.
2. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the coupon will be considered used.
3. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
4. If the pet is unable to continue the service due to health conditions or behavioral issues during the grooming process, the store reserves the right to terminate the service. Any redeemed offers will not be refunded or reissued.
