Dr. Eva Yeung is born and raised in Hong Kong, and obtained her veterinary degree from National Taiwan University in 2013.

During her 5 years study, she volunteered at several clinics in both Hong Kong and Taiwan to gain more knowledge and clinical skills in veterinary medicine. After graduation, Eva came back to Hong Kong to pursue her career helping animals of Hong Kong. She spent a few years working in a clinic in the New Territories that treated stray animals mostly. With this working experience, Eva was more familiar to stray animals care.

In 2017 July, she decided to go to Taiwan and volunteered in the charity HOTAC to help stray animals there. She gained valuable experiences over the years and is honoured to join Kowloon West Animal Hospital team recently.

Eva has special interests in neurology, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery and traditional Chinese veterinary medicine. She has finished some post-graduated courses in the field of neurology and feline medicine. She was also certificated by Chi Institute as a small animal acupuncturist in 2016. Currently she is studying in veterinary herbal medicine and wish to provide more treatment options to old animals in Hong Kong.

Outside of work, Eva enjoys playing with her dog, an old but the cutest pug - Fan Shu, watching movies, and travelling.
