Dr. Tsai is from Taiwan and provides veterinary care of exotic animals, small mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and birds.

She obtained her veterinary degree from National Taiwan University and completed her master's degree in clinical veterinary medicine at the National Taiwan University Graduate Institute of Clinical Animal Medicine, focusing on large animals and wildlife. Dr. Tsai also graduated from the residency training program at the National Taiwan University Veterinary Hospital, where she concentrated on wildlife medicine.

Additionally, she completed a short-term training program at the Veterinary Hospital of Azabu University in Japan. Currently, she serves as the primary veterinarian at the National Taiwan University Veterinary Hospital for non-canine and non-feline patients, as well as at the Jurassic Exotic Animal Hospital and the the Wild Animal Hospital.

Dr. Tsai is also a training instructor for the rescue team of the Wild Bird Conservation Association in Taipei, Taiwan.

Outside of work, Dr. Tsai enjoys engaging with wildlife and educating others about animal care.
