Terms and Conditions
歡迎使用 Peticare ONE（以下簡稱「本平台」）。
本平台由 Peticare Medical Group 及／或其關聯公司（以下簡稱「我們」或「Peticare ONE」）營運。
當你下載、安裝、註冊、登入或使用本平台，即表示你已閱讀、理解並同意受以下使用條款約束。如你不同意本條款的任何內容，請勿使用本平台。
一、帳戶註冊與使用
1. 使用本平台時，你須提供真實、準確及最新的個人資料，並確保該等資料持續有效。
2. 每位用戶只可註冊及持有一個 Peticare ONE 帳戶。
3. 帳戶主要以手機號碼作為登入憑證，電郵地址可作為備援登入及安全驗證用途。
4. 你有責任妥善保管你的登入資料（包括但不限於手機、驗證碼、密碼、電郵帳戶），如因你未能妥善保管而引致任何損失，我們概不負責。
二、積分制度
1. 用戶可按指定消費或活動規則賺取積分，實際積分獲取方式、比例及適用範圍，將以本平台不時公佈的內容為準。
2. 積分只可用於 Peticare ONE 指定用途，不可兌換現金、轉讓、出售或作任何商業用途。
3. 積分設有有效期限，逾期未使用的積分將自動失效，恕不另行通知或補發。
4. 我們有權在合理情況下調整、暫停或終止積分制度，並會於本平台公佈相關安排。
三、優惠券／優惠碼使用條款
1. 所有優惠券一經兌換，即屬最終決定，不可取消、退回、退款或轉換為積分或現金。
2. 每張優惠券均設有指定使用條件、有效期限及適用範圍，用戶必須依照該等條件使用。
3. 優惠券的優惠券號碼及／或 QR Code 屬重要資料，用戶須自行妥善保管，不得轉讓、分享、出售或供他人使用。
4. 如因任何原因（包括但不限於遺失、被盜用、誤用或被他人未經授權使用）而導致優惠券損失或失效，Peticare ONE 概不負責，亦不會補發或賠償。
5. 每張優惠券只可使用一次，使用後即告失效。
四、技術及系統風險
1. 本平台的運作可能受限於互聯網、電訊服務供應商、手機裝置、作業系統或其他第三方因素。
2. 如因電訊商、手機裝置、網絡中斷、系統延誤、App 異常、手機遺失或更換等原因，導致積分或優惠券顯示錯誤、延遲、遺失或無法使用，Peticare ONE 概不承擔任何責任。
3. 我們會在合理可行的情況下維持系統穩定，但不保證本平台在任何時間均不受干擾或無錯誤。
五、帳戶停用及終止
1. 如帳戶在連續 12 個月內未曾登入或使用，我們有權向用戶發出通知，並在通知後 30 日內仍未重新登入的情況下終止該帳戶。
2. 帳戶一經終止，帳戶內所有積分、優惠券（包括已兌換但未使用的優惠券）及相關權益將一併註消，且不獲任何補發或賠償。
3. 我們亦有權在懷疑帳戶涉及不當行為、欺詐、濫用制度或違反本條款的情況下，暫停或終止帳戶。
六、內容及服務變更
我們有權不時更新、修改、暫停或終止本平台的任何功能、內容、優惠或服務，而無須事先通知。用戶在條款更新後繼續使用本平台，即表示你接受經修訂的條款。
七、責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，Peticare ONE 對因使用或無法使用本平台而引致的任何直接或間接損失（包括但不限於資料遺失、積分或優惠損失、收益損失）概不承擔責任。
八、適用法律及管轄權
本使用條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其解釋。

Welcome to Peticare ONE (the “Platform”).
The Platform is operated by Peticare Medical Group and/or its affiliated companies (“we”, “us”, or “Peticare ONE”).
By downloading, installing, registering for, logging into, or using this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Account Registration and Use
1. When using the Platform, you must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information and ensure such information remains valid.
2. Each user may register and hold one (1) Peticare ONE account only.
3. A mobile phone number is the primary login credential. An email address may be used as a secondary login method and for security verification.
4. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, including but not limited to your mobile phone, verification codes, passwords, and email account. Peticare ONE shall not be responsible for any loss arising from your failure to properly safeguard such information.
2. Points Programme
1. Users may earn points through eligible spending or activities in accordance with the rules specified by Peticare ONE from time to time.
2. Points may only be used for designated purposes within Peticare ONE and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or used for any commercial purpose.
3. Points are subject to an expiry period. Expired points will be automatically forfeited without prior notice or compensation.
4. Peticare ONE reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the points programme under reasonable circumstances, with notice published on the Platform.
3. Coupons / Vouchers
1. All coupons are final upon redemption and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-reversible, whether into points, cash, or other benefits.
2. Each coupon is subject to specific usage conditions, validity periods, and applicable scope, which must be strictly observed.
3. Coupon numbers and/or QR codes are confidential and valuable credentials. Users are responsible for keeping them secure and must not share, transfer, sell, or allow use by others.
4. Peticare ONE shall not be liable for any loss, misuse, unauthorised use, theft, or expiry of coupons for any reason, and no replacement or compensation will be provided.
5. Each coupon may be used once only and will become invalid after use.
4. Technical and System Risks
1. Operation of the Platform may be affected by internet connectivity, telecommunications service providers, mobile devices, operating systems, or other third-party factors.
2. Peticare ONE shall not be liable for any loss of points or coupons arising from telecommunications issues, device malfunction, network interruption, system delay, App errors, device replacement, or device loss.
3. While reasonable efforts will be made to maintain system stability, uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform is not guaranteed.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
1. If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, Peticare ONE reserves the right to issue a notice and terminate the account if no login occurs within 30 days after such notice.
2. Upon account termination, all points, coupons (including redeemed but unused coupons), and related benefits will be forfeited without compensation.
3. Peticare ONE may suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraud, abuse, misconduc
