- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk efficiently
- Maintain a warm and welcoming reception area for clients
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client communications with
professionalism
- Collect and process payments accurately
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
