珍寵醫療級貓狗看護服務為由獸醫醫院監督的專業照護方案，適合情況穩定但需要額外照顧、日常監察或護理支援的毛孩。

您的毛孩將於持牌獸醫醫院內接受由專業獸醫護理團隊提供的照護，並由獸醫團隊按需要提供臨床評估及支援。

Peticare Round-the-clock Care Hospitalisation is a veterinary-supervised care service designed for stable pets requiring additional support, daily monitoring, or nursing attention. 

Your pet will receive care from our trained veterinary support team within a licensed veterinary hospital, with veterinary assessment and support provided whenever clinically required.

進階看護   Enhanced Care Hospitalisation Level 0b	情況穩定，需要口服／注射藥物、傷口護理或日常清潔照護。 Stable pets requiring supportive care with medication administration (oral/injection), wound care or hygiene support.
獸醫監督看護 Veterinary Care Hospitalisation Level 1	需要每日由獸醫監督及管理個案。收費將於獸醫評估後按個案報價。 Pets requiring daily veterinary supervision and case management. A personalised quotation will be provided after veterinary assessment.

這是否等同寵物酒店？

Is this the same as pet boarding?

不是。本服務於持牌獸醫醫院內提供，由獸醫護理團隊照顧，並非一般寵物酒店。除非已預先安排或有臨床需要，否則並不包括每日例行獸醫診症。

No. Unlike a traditional pet hotel, your pet stays inside a licensed veterinary hospital and is cared for by veterinary professionals. However, routine veterinary examinations are not included unless medically required or arranged in advance.

哪些毛孩適合使用此服務？

Which pets are suitable for this service?

適合病情穩定但需要額外照顧的毛孩，例如：

• 手術後康復中的毛孩
• 年長毛孩
• 需要定時服藥的毛孩
• 寵主外遊、搬遷、裝修或暫時未能照顧
• 需要短期支援性照護的毛孩

所有入住安排均須經獸醫評估及批准。

This service is suitable for pets that are medically stable but require extra care, such as:

• Pets recovering from surgery
• Senior pets needing closer observation
• Pets requiring regular medication
• Pets whose owners are travelling or unavailable
• Pets needing short-term supportive care

Every admission is subject to veterinary approval.

入住前需要先見獸醫嗎？

Does my pet need a veterinary assessment before admission?

需要。所有入住個案均須由獸醫審閱及批准。如毛孩沒有近期病歷或未曾接受相關診症，可能需要先安排入住評估。

Yes. Every admission must be approved by one of our veterinarians. If your pet has not been examined recently or has no relevant medical history with us, a pre-admission consultation may be required.

入住時需要準備什麼？

What should I bring on admission?

請攜帶：

• 已分裝及標示好的日常食物
• 原有獸醫配藥包裝的藥物
• 清晰的餵食指示
• 其他必要護理用品

Please prepare:

• Your pet's usual food (pre-portioned and labelled)
• Current medications in their original veterinary packaging
• Feeding instructions
• Any essential medical items

可以帶毛毯或玩具嗎？

Can I bring my pet's favourite blanket or toy?

寵主可帶同毛孩熟悉的毛毯、玩具或其他用品，幫助牠們適應環境及感到更安心。

我們會合理地照顧毛孩的個人物品，但不建議攜帶貴重用品，以免在入住期間遺失或損壞。寵主所帶來的物品如有遺失或損壞，本院恕不負責。

Yes. You're welcome to bring familiar items to help your pet feel more comfortable. While we will take reasonable care of personal belongings, we recommend leaving valuable items at home.

會協助餵藥嗎？

Will my pet receive medication?

會。所有藥物必須經獸醫審閱及批准，並清楚記錄於入院資料內。我們只會按照已確認的醫療指示給藥。

Yes, provided the medication has been reviewed and approved by our veterinarian. We will only administer medications that are clearly documented on the admission record.

看護期間會如何監察？

How will my pet be monitored?

我們的獸醫護理團隊會持續留意毛孩的：

• 食慾
• 飲水情況
• 排尿及排便
• 精神狀態
• 身體狀況變化

並會按照醫院程序記錄觀察結果。

Our veterinary nursing team will monitor your pet's:

• Appetite
• Water intake
• Urination and bowel movements
• General behaviour and comfort
• Any noticeable physical changes

Observations will be recorded throughout the stay.

如果毛孩看護期間病情有變怎麼辦？

What happens if my pet becomes unwell?

如毛孩於看護期間出現任何臨床變化，當值獸醫將立即評估情況。我們會盡快聯絡您商討治療方案，相關診症及治療費用將按實際情況收取。

If your pet develops any medical concerns during their stay, our veterinarian will assess them promptly. We will contact you assoon as reasonably possible to discuss the next steps. Additional consultation or treatment charges may apply.

毛孩會否需要轉往更高級別的住院照護？

Can my pet be transferred to a higher level of care?

有可能。 如果毛孩的身體狀況出現變化，當值獸醫可能會建議轉往較高級別的住院照護或深切治療服務，讓毛孩獲得更合適的監察及治療。 

Yes. If your pet's condition changes, the attending veterinarian may recommend upgrading to a higher level of hospitalisation or intensive care to ensure appropriate treatment.

看護費用如何計算？

How are hospitalisation fees calculated?

退房時間為中午 12 時，入住時間為下午 3 時至 5 時。所有住院費用將按此入住及退房時間計算，如逾中午 12 時仍未退房，可能按額外一天收取費用，除非於預約時另有書面協議。

Check-out time is 12pm and check-in time is 3-5pm. All hospitalization charges are calculated based on these check-in and check-out times, and any stay beyond 12pm may be charged for an additional day, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking or requires veterinary treatment.

需要支付訂金嗎？

Is a deposit required?

需要。入住前須繳付訂金或完成信用卡預授權，所有看護期間產生的費用將於出院時結清。

Yes. A deposit or credit card pre-authorisation is required before admission. Any outstanding balance will be settled upon discharge.

看護期間可以探訪毛孩嗎？

Can I visit my pet during the stay?

可以，但探訪安排會因毛孩情況、病房安排及醫院運作而有所不同。請先與我們聯絡，以便安排合適的探訪時間。

Visitation arrangements may vary depending on your pet's condition, ward requirements, and hospital operations. Please contact our team in advance to arrange a suitable visiting time.
